Great office! These folks really care about you! Ive only had positive experiences with front desk and check in nurses. Carrie Lofton is a great person. She is straight forward and to the point. Her follow up is the best! Highly recommend!

The care I received here is top notch! Carrie is no exception either. She is extremely knowledgeable, very good at listening to your complaints and explaining things so you can understand them. She is extremely professional and caring! I've found that everyone is have run into here is polite, treats you like a person and not just an insurance check and most of all they truly care about your well being. They have an incredible resource of programs, education, and information for you at every step. They definitely empower you with what you need to address your issue. If you don't take advantage of the education and programs recommended it's your own fault. NO MAGIC PILLS PROMISSED HERE! YOU WILL HAVE TO DO THE WORK TO GET BETTER! I gave up hope on my condition until I found these people. Thank you so much for the care you all have shown me so far. You are all incredible!

I saw a nurse Loftin regarding my heart last year she wanted me to take a probe down my throat to look at my heart and I'm 86 years old and I told her I'm too old to start having probes down my throat for testing, as we were leaving her office, she told me well since you don't wanna take the test you should start looking for a hospice and this was over a year ago and she's a nurse practitioner and I think she ought to go back to nursing school and take a class on how to interact with her patients, help the patients with their concerns that they have! I think she is an amateur and that's all I have to say anyway I'm still around and! ! My name is Steve Rzeznik and I was supposed to have an appointment with her tomorrow at 9:30. I just canceled it and I notified the person Tamika about my experience with amateur nurse Carrie Lofton!

Carrie Lofton is an excellent doctor. She gave me time to discuss two issues. Pro's and con's of discontinuing one of my meds and new issues I have been experiencing. Thank you.
