Total Family Care Specialists - Henderson Location

So glad they opened an office on this side of town. The best staff and providers for family care that I know in Vegas. They treat you like family. I work in the medical industry and have total confidence in the caring nature and knowledge of this group. I can always trust that they have my overall health as a priority and they respect my personal preferences. So happy they can see our whole family.

I really was so excited about this office do to the awesome reviews. However, I'm pretty disappointed. I called them and was sent over forms to fill out. I then went to my appointment at the st rose location -and was asked to fill yet another large packet out. I mentioned this was filled out online then was told by the front desk person it didn't go through online? It was confusing but then was just asked to sign it? Prior to getting to the appt I also asked what my co pay was, I was put on hold for about 10 minutes then was told $50 it didn't sound right so I told them what it usually was and they mentioned that was fine? I then went into to my appointment with the Dr. It went fine. However I did hand over my sleep apnea results during the appointment for a prior auth. I then called in to ask about the prior auth and was told it was submitted. Vanessa the rainbow location then called me back to advise she needed stuff for the prior auth to submit it. It was the results she said weren't in my chart and auth itself. Which was confusing because I handed this in at my appt. Days went on and I submitted several emails with info on how to submit the prior auth, then the sleep apnea results, then how to contact my insurance, then again who to call. I felt although I was the patient, i was doing alot admin/logistical type of things to be seen here. I decided to release myself of their care as I think it wouldn't be a good fit. In the end I asked Vanessa and paruju the main admin to remove me from their records and cancel the prior auth. Vanessa, and paruju and the front desk st rose persons were all kind, and caring. I understand this was a one off experience as well. This is my own experience. I truly wish it would've been a 5 star like others and think my situation maybe would just be one that happens every now and then. Thank you, Bre
