Arrived for an appt with Dr Iveys PA Carrie. Truck with trailer was taking 4 parking spaces and pick up truck taking 1 oarking soace plus 1 handicapped space. The patient is handicapped and requires a walker.Went to check in at the reception desk. They asked 4 times for the patients name. Then excused themselves. When they returned, I was told that they have a 5 min late policy and it was 8:36 am and they refused to see the elderly, handicapped patient.
