The facility is clean, nice and very nice. The staff is great, friendly yet professional. Dr Maldenado is the best family doctor we have ever had. He cares deeply about his patients. He takes the time to listen, and he explains everything thoroughly. We love him, he's the best!
Banner Health was awesome. Great service, showed respect for my concerns. My Appt. Was for 7:30 am and by 7:35 I was back in a room with the nurse doing some of the triage and a few minutes later the Doctor came in. Dr. Anderson was on point and explaining everything so I could understand what I needed to do to better my health. Great job by the whole staff.
I absolutely love and appreciate this health center.First of all ,I needed to be seen by Urgent Care and the female Dr. was so warm and inviting, She stated she was almost ready to retire,I thought Oh no ,in the short time I got the pleasure to converse with her made me feel I was in the right hands for sure.She set me up with a primary care physician Dr. Anderson.He is just as friendly , attentive and understanding as the female Dr. In Urgent Care. The facility is always super clean and pretty much empty every time I go.And I'm always seen within the first 5- 10 minutes I arrive, And I have always been treated friendly polite and welcomed. SO TO ALL THE STAFF AT BANNER HEALTH ! THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO ,YOUR GREAT AND APPRECIATED.

I went in today on Monday April 28th, 2025 to have my labs drawn. I was waiting in line at the check in counter and the reception is there was rude, Her tone her facial expression, and everything suggests attitude for absolutely no reason! Not only was she rude to me but also the elderly people that were ahead of me and behind me. As I'm reading previous comments.I believe that they are in reference to the same receptionist. So I do strongly suggest that she is removed from that position because that shows a history of Is inappropriate behavior. I will no longer have my labs drawn at this facility. I can only hope that one day this person is no longer working as receptionist in the lab department.
