Cardiologie Centrum Amsterdam Zuid

I went for regular checkup here. This place is nice calm and cozy. Have to make appointment before coming.

Excellent organization on the day of the tests: very professionally organized, and very caring & competent staff... However things really fall apart with the "after sales" service, especially with communication if you don't get all the test results on thee on the day of your visit: they refuse to make a phone appointment for a specific date/time; instead, they send you an email telling you that they will call on day X (which they decided on their own), without giving a specific time slot. If you're not available when they call you, you're out of luck: you have to call them back and relaunch the procedure whereby they email you with the date they'll call you.

This cardiology clinic have its heart in the right place! They designed their lean flow with the customer in mind. This was absolutely my best experience ever in a clinic! From the friendliness of the receptionists, to the support of the nurses running the test and the down to earth doctor. The interconnected rooms for the different tests. They know what they are doing, how to make patients feel at ease and explained everything very well (even if I don't speak Dutch). In less than 1 hour and 1/2 I got the test and the results! Truly amazing! Thank you so much for the excellent treatment.

Had a full cardiology check-up done here after being referred by my GP. Even though I was a bit anxious about the check-up, it was a very pleasant experience. I had to interact with a couple of people which were all very friendly. First at the service desk I was helped immediately and put in the waiting area. Then two people ran some tests such as drawing blood, echocardiogram and stress test. Both of them were very explainative and friendly while doing the tests which put me at ease. After all the tests I had to wait a couple minutes in the waiting area so the results could be gathered. The cardiologist gave me the results and also he was very explainative and friendly (results were positive :D). All-in-all I am glad to have been here and would go again if needed.

Amazing doctors and they're super thorough in the exams that they do. Very efficient, caring and professional!
