My son and I at the Rainbow House doing school work and him playing outside and a pic of Children's waiting area. We had a good but challenging visit. Very informative visit with Doctors and nurses. I would definitely recommend Children's as they always go above and beyond for our family and we totally appreciate it as life can get very challenging when trying to get good care for a very complex child like our son. We thank you!!
The initial front desk staff was extremely rude and abrasive (Jen). Not only to us, but also to the people behind us. Not a great start to our experience. The Second Lady (Juanita?) at the front desk was super friendly and helpful as was the nurse (Katie G.) and Dr Fletcher. Its nice that Children's has specialty providers that outreach here making families that need those specialties have better access and convenience of close to home.
Everyone was so nice had smiles on their face. Dr and nurse explained everything so we could understand it made sure we were comfortable. Best place to be
Dr. Scott Fletcher is caring and compassionate. He listens to his patients and helps find solutions to maintain their health and quality of life. I love how he educates and advocates for his patients. We highly recommend Dr. Fletcher and his staff.
