I checked in with Tracy at the front desk and she was so incredibly sweet. It looked like she was the only one working and was quick and kind with all the patients even though the line was practically out the door. She was very helpful and even gave me a call to remind me of another appointment, which I was very grateful for. Jess did one of my tests and she was a very calming presence and made me feel at ease. She was very thorough and discussed what she was doing before she did it. Another lady drew my blood for some testing and I did not catch or remember her name. That was the most painless blood draw I've ever had - I couldn't believe how quick she was. I barely had a bruise and I always bruise with blood draws; I'm so very appreciative!! Thank you for taking great care of me!
