The nurses are very nice its not them being nice. It's about them never letting the patience now what is going on. They dont let u know that u have been bumped up in line which is fine just would like to be aware. And I have not taking anything for the pain and haven't seen anyone for that after u tell them more than once.
Brought my husband in tonight as his thumb got sliced with a fillet knife and the doctor didn't clean out the wound she just cleaned the blood off around the site and then placed glue over the slice line. What a freakin joke, and they expect us to pay for something that we could've done at home but because of how deep the slice was we decided it would've been better to go to the ER since urgent care wasn't open. Never going back and will drive to a different hospital for the ER because these doctors don't care and would rather get you in and out so they get a paycheck
Very nice facility, the staff were very professional and knowledgeable in providing the best possible care for me. I will definitely reach out to them again.
Two stars given for polite staff only. Actual service from APRN would have been Negative stars if possible. I brought my grandson in for a cut on his head. APRN looked at it and put a staple in it without first cleaning it, and the staple was not even on the wound.
The building is amazing.Grant was ready for my visit as soon as I got there. He had already reviewed my mri xray. He checked several things the way I walked bent over where my pain is. We discussed what exercises to do and how to do them. He showed me how to do then the right way. We made a plan going forward of exercises to do at home everyday. Have followup visits scheduled. He answered my questions. Great appointment. Thank you Grant.
