Thank you Dr. Meckel for saving my life August 30,2024. Your kindness and gentleness meant so much to me as you were explaining what was going to happen and then for your caring and compassion when you were finished and spoke to my family. You and your staff were put in the exact spot by GOD to save my life, I am forever grateful

Saw him because my PA thought after my echocardiogram, my 8 months of coughing non stop, might be heart related. He, like so many doctors, was great and thorough with my husbands situation. In dealing with women, a whole different story. Said it was just a smokers cough, and dismissed the situation. Three days later, a routine mammogram turned my world upside down. Mets to my breast, lymph nodes all over my body, and several cancers. I understand he's no oncologist, but his dismissal of everything, to being a smokers cough, and that I was female, really irritated me. I'd have given him no stars, but he is good with male patients. Would not recommend him!

Completely caring, informed and considerate of my questions and my time. The staff was able to schedule a treadmill stress test late in the afternoon after my appointment, saving me a later trip in to Lincoln from Milford.
Thank you!

Good experience -- however, I think that I may have not been enough AWAKE to have thought of something I probably should have asked about. Not your staff fault, probably my lack of alertness. Does that make sense?
