Everyone is so over the top friendly and helpful. Willing to explain complicated procedures until you are able to understand. Always a smile on everyone's face. Was unaware until my lung surgery that they aren't just for heart issues. They do several cardio/thoracic procedures. They also have a 24hr walk in for anyone experiencing chest pains. The only negative about NHH is the location But in my opinion, definitely worth the drive out to S. 91st St.

I just spent a day and night at the Nebraska Heart Hospital for Atrial Flutter. I am 81 years old, have NEVER been ill or hospitalized so had no clue what to expect. I cannot begin to express my appreciation for the wonderful service I received! I was a TERRIBLE patient but all nurses, doctors, assistants, etc. we're amazingly patient and kind with me. Absolutely wonderful. Everyone was exceptionally prompt and the two meals I enjoyed there were super. If you ever need go there, be SURE to have one of their lemon poppyseed muffins. Like Candy! An outstanding experience; all personnel are to be highly congratulated!

Gave us a surgery time for 2 different surgeries was over an hour late for both! Meds were not delivered on schedule either. Had to ask for most needed things as was not checked on too often when as machine were going off. Not impressed!

These people are nice and friendly and very professional. I'm usually crabby in places like this but this staff made it hard to be crabby. Even though they harassed me for blood sugars every hour!!! Lol
