It was very concerning when my nurse almost gave me the wrong dose of insulin. Hannah had to ask her charge nurse if the syringe read in milliliters! WOW needless to say my concern led me to ask to be treated by any nurse other than Hannah! Watch your six at Bryan West!!!!

I was just there as a support staff for a family member who had a visit. But I usually always find a good parking spot and all the people at the Brian West plaza are always very friendly and helpful.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. I will not even do a rating. I went through the ER to get behavioral health immediately. I told them I had just had a hysterectomy. I was put in a room and had the nurse practitioner first twenty minutes, then nothing for two hours. Lincoln General Hospital is not like it used to be. All you are is a number, not a patient. Horrible experience.

I was very happy with the care and service I received from the staff here. I went in on 7/23/22 with extreme pain on My right side and was diagnosed with a kidney stone. I was treated with medicine and was told to give it a day or two and if that did not work to come back and see them right away. A day later I started having the pain again so I went back to see them. They did another CT scan and found that the stone had started moving and got hung up along the way and was causing other issues. I was then admitted for surgery which I had the following day and now I'm back home on my way to recovery. They did an excellent job and the staff members were extremely helpful and excellent at their jobs The two I remember the most were two of my nurses, Shannon and Caleigh. They were very caring and made you feel like you were a patient that really mattered and not just a number on a sheet of paper. Overall Great people and excellent service I would highly recommend this health care facility. Also as you can see I had a West facing room on the top floor with a great view.
