Platte Valley Medical Clinic

Had a procedure done at platte valley medical. All of the staff was exceptional with the exception of their pharmacy. When I was staying over night, when it came time for my pills the nurse put in the orders. It took over an hour to get them and they weren't even right. They even had the pill bottles to see when and what i took for pills at what time. All the doctors and nurses are really good. There is alot of incompetency in their pharmacy.

My mom comes here for lab work that her doctor in Lincoln sends over weeks in advance. Unfortunately, every time she arrives, the lab orders aren't in the system. Today she even had to go home, print the orders herself, and bring them back--then a nurse had to manually enter everything. This process really shouldn't be happening in 2025. With current technology, lab orders can be sent and organized electronically to prevent these delays and mistakes. Patients shouldn't have to do extra work just to get their labs done.

I have an extremely rare disease, without ever once looking at my medical records They gave me meds that were detrimental to my health, try to do innumerable surgeries on me without my medical records! Go someplace else unless you have something simple that they can deal with.

First time going to Platte VAlley Medical Clinic. There are probably some really good doctors there. This review is based on 2 doctors. One in Neurology and the other is a primary care doctor. These two doctors I had to deal with are awful. If you have a choice to go somewhere else, I highly recommend you do. This clinic does not care about your health. They will run as many test as possible, run up your bill as far as they can. You will also have to call or email your doctor to get results or any type of information on your tests. Awful follow up, zero communication and rude. Stay away for Platte Valley Medical Clinic.

I walked in without an appointment due to an unexpected problem and stood at the reception desk while she called different doctors, some who didn't answer the phone and others who wouldn't see me. Are they a medical facility that helps patients or a country club, only if they feel like being bothered. Went to Family Practice and was able to be seen. Hypocratic oath or hypicritic ?
