Whoever the ER doctor was on the evening 8/16 needs to be fired along with the nurses. A family member was taken there for a head injury. She arrived with blood all over her, running down her face and hair was filled with blood. None of the nurses tried to clean her up. My aunt had enough and started to clean her up herself. She had to help the nurse change her head wrap as she was soaking through it. The doctor came in and "searched" for her head wound and said he couldn't find anything and left as she clearly was still bleeding out. He later came back and said there wasn't a neurosurgeon and needed to be transferred to Good Sam. She then had to wait for transport to get her over there. As soon as she got to Good Sam, they gave her a bed bath, washed her hair and cleaned all her blood off and ta fa, they found her head wound. Charging her insurance or her would be insurance fraud as they did NOTHING to her my family member. This will not be the last of me reviewing this place on this situation. If it were up to me, there would be a lawsuit as she was bleeding put for hours until she got the care she needed at Good Sam. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

I usually would never put a bad review on a medical center but in this case I feel it's necessarily especially reading a bunch of other bad reviews about their visit to the ER regarding a male doctor. My husband was seen 08/29 in ER for severe eye pain and we knew something was stuck inside as he works construction. The doctor took a quick 10 second look and said there's nothing stuck in it anymore and prescribed antibiotics drops. He said there's now a divot where the foreign object was and to just keep using the drops. Husbands eye got worse over the next 3 days as it was Labor Day weekend and got into Exact Eye Care ASAP on Tuesday. Doc confirmed there was a piece of metal (IRON) in his eye and there was no way the ER doctor didn't see it. Got it out super quick and was already less inflamed by the end of the day. If this is the same doctor(Prososki) on other peoples reviews, he should definitely be looked into as medical here in the US isn't cheap and we would expect them to take us patients serious. Absolutely disappointing.

Terrible terrible hospital. The nurses that provide the service when you're in a room, don't give a care about who you are. The first day they forgot to bring me any food. Second day I had to ask for breakfast. This is what it looked like. I really thought that hospitals got away from serving horrible food like that, but I guess not. I touched the eggs and it was total powder. If you want any help, don't call a nurse

If I could give this place a zero star review I would. I've never been to a hospital especially ER where they don't go over your current medications and tests history. I tried to go over them and was not heard. Even when i tried to go over all my symptoms and how long they have been going on, then ER doctor didn't acknowledge how concerned i was with my condition getting worse. The doctor was rude and dismissive to me from the get go. He didn't go over results with me. Instead I was handed a discharge paper from a nurse, where they tried to accuse me of "illicit/recreational drug use." I have never done any of that. They treated me like a druggie and said they couldn't do anything else for me. I felt defeated, humiliated and extremely disappointed with my experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Seriously, listen to the other Google reviews and go somewhere else. I wish I would have.

went in thinking i had a seizure got told i had covid, no test were run besides an ekg and blood work. i didn't want to go considering i had a bad experience last time with the doctor being dismissive and he was the exact same way. seems the "doctor" is the same with alot of patients...
