Beware the extras. Anthony, the patient coordinator mentioned NOTHING about the $500 video conference calls. I am now waiting on someone from billing to call me back. I'm furious that this was not addressed from the beginning. I'm going to say this is a lot more about the principle than the money. I feel like i have been taken advantage of. Bamboozled. I would NEVER have agreed to the offer had I known it was not part of the scan. Since when are the results of a diagnosis not included? With Duke it is only about money
