We've had 2 appointments that had been scheduled a year in advance that were canceled on the appointment day!! This is absolutely ridiculous, especially when people take time off to go to said appointment. Maybe we should charge Providence for lost work pay! They'd charge us if we miss an appointment. Get your act together Providence! If I could, I'd give a negative rating!!
Had a surgery done by Dr Reed that didn't really take and was told everything was fine. He has good bedside manner but maybe can try to question his own abilinstead of telling his patients no.. Three opinions and 4 years of pain later, I was able to get someone to believe me and just went through a successful surgery elsewhere and already have less pain.
