On the very first visit with Dr. Carter, I had a very thorough discussion because he had obviously taken the time to review my rather extensive VA file. I'm scientifically oriented by background and Dr. Carter earned my highest "confidence rating." I know that my heart health is in good hands.
This was my initial visit with Dr.Carter. The receptionist (Sidnie) and nurse (Regina) were very professional and efficient. Dr . Carter took the time to address my issues with efforts to reduce pain through a recommended medicine change. He was most interested in understanding my medical history. I would place Dr Carter in that upper end of quality, caring, knowledgeable medical professionals. I look forward to a continued relationship with this practice.

It's refreshing to find a doctor that's willing to take the time and make the effort to explain things in words and aids that help you understand what's going on. While getting an appointment can be a bit difficult, once you're at the office you are well taken care of.
