My complaint is not specifically related to care. It is scheduling. My wife was diagnosed with a heart condition in March of 2025. Her first visit to a specialist was in June after the provider postponed the appointment for a month . That specialist referred her to Central Montana Heart and Vascular Institute in Great Falls. The appointment there was set in October. That appointment ordered an echocardiogram and stress test. We were told those tests could be done in Helena. The Great Falls office would notify Helena Benefis of the ordered tests. We never heard from anyone. We went to Helena Benefis the end of October. We were told there had been no referrals sent to them. A call was made to CMHVI. Another two weeks pass. We stop at the Helena Benefis again. This time they had the referral but could not get both the pre-surgery tests scheduled before the scheduled heart surgery procedure. When asked, staff at Benefis stated they had had the referral for 10 days but no reasonable explanation was offered why no one had called. In summary, this is a heart issue and no one seem to grasp the seriousness. The communication between Benefis and CMHVI leaves a lot to be desired.

Dr. Gray and his entire staff are professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The atmosphere in the office is conducive to sharing problems honestly without fear of judgement. Patients are seen and heard, not rushed. The care is top notch!

Great experience from start to finish. Much more personable and easier to work with than Benefis, St Petes, or Billings Clinic in Missoula. Dr Gray is top notch. Left to the others it would have ended badly.

This doctor's office has a policy to take your photo for their computer system. They also asked for a photo ID. I provided my valid current driver's license of which they made a copy. I declined having my photo taken. They told me I could not receive care in their office if I refused to allow them to take my photo. This is a doctor's office that treats people with heart conditions and they will deny care if you refuse to allow them to take your photo. I complied with proving my identity with a valid government ID. Never in my life has medical care been denied me because I refuse to have a photo taken. I'm more than happy to provide valid ID to prove my identity, but to force a photo to receive medical care is reprehensible.
