I have a LVAD left ventricular assisting device pumping my heart till transplant and its all because this group went above and beyond to save me!! There isnt enough stars to give this group if u asked me. I am so happy to have had them in my life they have saved my like Dr. Erb, P.A.Kendell Parks ( she has gone way out of her way picked up my son when being life flighted from Billings her and her husband who also works for bzmn health went and picked up my car from Billings) Sobek all of them saved my life thank u

I have recieved care from walk in clinics leagues above this hospital. Staff is all but helpful and apointments are easily shoved months away if you are even a few minutes late for check in even when the appointment was scheduled 30 minutes after they made check in they will not hesitate to tell you to wait 2 months and let you run to the er when your body begins to fail when they could have just helped in the first place.

They saved my life I can never be more thankful to anyone for what they did and I love all of them for taking nothing but the best care for me and they took control informed me and there is no where I would rather be then in there hands all of them as a team simply the best bozeman has to offer. I need a heart transplant I have a LVAD left ventricle assisting device and I had no clue I was sick or what they were telling me when I found out, in Sept in 2017 and I know more then most now and I really owe it all to them. If you have any worried take it from a single mom with two young kids one with special needs you are in the best hands if you go to this group of doctors and you can rest knowing they will treat you as one of there own family members. We have 100% trust and confidence in them and I know no matter what I can count on them to save my life as they already have. I was diagnosed with Covid in March 2020. One of the symptoms was irregular heartbeats so my primary care physician referred me to the cardiology group. I had an appointment for late March which was canceled because the doctors were not seeing patients during the pandemic. I was told that if the symptoms became severe to go to the ER. Fast forward to October 2020 when I was finally able to get a visit with a cardiologist and get a stress test as the irregular heartbeats persisted. I told the doctor MULTIPLE TIMES that this started with the Covid, but his notes neglected to say that. The charges submitted to my insurance were not coded for Covid treatment which left me stuck with a large co-pay after the deductible. Now I'm trying to straighten this mess out. I'll probably die from red tape first. I honestly believe that doctors are being discouraged from attributing treatments to Covid probably at the request of the insurance companies.

Most advanced hospital I have ever been in, great service.
