Doctors are ok but the operations side of things is out of whack. My appointment was supposed to be for a Monday and it ended up being schedule for Tuesday. I went to the office on Monday for them to tell me that it was Tuesday. Took forever to see a secretary or manager that I ended up leaving and going to an urgent care. When I came back to the office for a referral to an specialist, they had me waiting because they didn't have the documents from the urgent care even though I called an left a voicemail with the information. They said they "did not have a voicemail from me" even though I clearly remember hearing the operator queue for leaving a message and my phone indicates two calls to the office in less than 5 mins. If the office didn't not receive the information from me that clearly they specified as important, why didn't they follow up with me? Terrible
