The doctors are great but I see Dr Smith every 6 months and 6 months ago they made an appt. for me at the office on Lindbergh. I live close to Mobap. Why would they do this? If they had asked I would have said no. I have no car so I have to have someone drive me. When I called the receptionist said I should put the new address in phone or car to get directions. They were rude to me me because I don't have a car. Maybe they should ask a few more questions.
A quick comment on the professionalism exhibited by all medical personnel at this hospital. The processing of patients was expedient and smooth. The facility and equipment was clean. The doctor on duty (Tietjens) was knowledgeable and attentive. Everything was impressive: the operation, the facility, and the people.
The cardiology team has taken wonderful care of me for years. Friendly staff that tells you the facts - not just what you WANT to hear. Visits are usually quick but thorough.
Very professional. Seem to take a personal interest in how healthy you are. Seem to have a personal investment in your health. I think they care.
