Even though the website states they are accepting new patients, I could not establish an appointment even with a referral and my records being sent from my current pulmonologist. Their reasoning was because my PCP is out-of-state. That has had absolutely no bearing on my ability to establish relationships with other specialists - cardiologist, dermatologist, audiologist, etc. I truly believe this problem is an overall Mosaic problem. The only reason they got three stars was because they did at least call me back. I will try to avoid Mosaic doctors going forward.
