Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph - Emergency Room

Worst hospital ever. Fell and broke my nose. Sat in the ER waiting room for over 2 hours bleeding nonstop. Tell nurse I'm getting really dizzy and feel like I'm going to pass out. They take my vitals 4 times and my blood pressure was 160/115 the or if 4 times. The fourth time it was 150/90 and told me my vitals look fine. I don't know how this hospital is even still in business being this worthless.

My husband and I, as well as our two miniature schnauzers, were traveling through St. Joseph when an unexpected medial emergency happened. The ambulance, who's paramedics were amazing, brought us to Mosaic. I cannot give enough praise to the ER facilities and Staff. I was treated quickly, with respect, and everyone was incredibly caring. My husband and our two pups were also treated amazingly. Every ER in this country needs to take a course from Mosaic, they are top notch! THANK YOU!!!

Worst hospital of all time. Brought my friends daughter here and refused to let us leave after waiting 4 damn hours. Finally when I called her mom and said we would be leaving which the mom said that was fine, they still proceeded to say we were not leaving (mind u this was over a ear infection ) I will be presenting a lawsuit against this place as this was illegal detainment

Horrible! I figured by now they'd straighten that s up but I was wrong once again. I go in with an infection because of my wisdom tooth. Been through it before so I even know what it takes. The first time they were trying to send me out with nothing at all. Until I got pissed. Then they wrote me a script for antibiotics. So that doesn't work and it gets worse so I go back out again. With a fever and swelling going through my face. I told them before I got there not to waste my time I wanted an IV with antibiotics. So what did they do? They did nothing and went back to the original script. Which I already have. First doctor Aryn Fidler. And she even told me to come back if it got worse. But I guess that means s! The second doctor for my second visit did even less. Brilliant! I believe his name was incompetent I mean Patrick Brown. Astounding the incompetence. Now we all know how it would go if we were family or significant other. We'd get the treatment we needed. It's a wonder why you guys have so many one star. NO it's really not. They are like sucky attorneys that can't get a job anywhere else so they become public defenders. That must be the same thing with mosaic emergency room. I understand though he had to get back on TikTok. There's a couple photos of my non infection. I guess I'll wait until wraps around my lips. Great observation Docs! Sent me out of there like that twice! And my non infection as they call it is only getting bigger. When all the ever had to do was hook me up to an IV drip. Crazy how hard that must be?

The worst absolute care. Nurses and staff are rude and not attentive. The bedside manner from doctors is terrible. Being told by our primary care doctor from KU med to go to our closest hospital due to life threatening symptoms and being told at mosaic "we don't get too excited over this stuff" is so dismissive. There's nothing like being parked in a hallway for almost an hour is unacceptable. If this wasn't an emergency, we would be at KU.
