I truly thank God for Dr. Ramos. He changed my life. Back in July 2020, he performed a cardiac ablation on me, and I haven't had any issues since. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. Dr. Ramos, thank you for your compassion and excellent care -- you made a lasting difference in my life.
Today I finished radiation treatments in the Radiation Dept. of the Cancer Center at Mosaic Life Care. Words can't express how appreciative I am of the wonderful people there. Every single one of them was extremely friendly, helpful and understanding. The girls who did my treatments, Misty, Kelly, Kayla, Jenny and Taylor were kind, compassionate and very thoughtful. So much so, that I shed a few tears when I was about to finish my last treatment. This was my second time around, since I was diagnosed with breast cancer 10 years ago. Misty and Kelly were by my side then as well. A huge thank you to Dr Goins, the nurses, techs, office staff, and Michelle who always had a smile and opened the front door for me every single day. Everyone of them made an unfortunate time in my life into a very manageable daily occurrence. Thank you to all!
I've been seeing Dr. Brian Roe for several years. He put 6 stents in my heart and respected my wishes to not opt for bypass due to my Stage 4 kidney failure. He is knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. Mosaic is awesome for cardiac care.
Met with Dr. Findley at Maryville location. He was abrupt, rude and unprofessional both in manner of behavior and dress. His overly casual attire, a gym suit and sneakers, was innapropriate for seeing patients. His behavior and attitude during our meeting indicated that he did not like to be questioned nor did he encourage any effort I made to understand what my options were. My husband and I waited for an hour to see him, and wished we had never wasted our time. What a huge disappointment. Thank God for Mayo's as I was able to receive exemplary care from them. I would hope this was just an isolated experience with Dr. Findley, nonetheless, it bears mentioning.
