My experience with Dr. Parvatheneni - Fall 2023 I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Dr. Parvatheneni and his nurse Olivia was deeply disturbing. Dr. P came across as arrogant and dismissive, while Olivia was short, rude, and shockingly insensitive to what I was going through with AFib. When I tried to discuss my medication concerns, they brushed me off--Olivia even implied it was "all in my head." I later filed a formal complaint with Mercy. Olivia even, without consulting me, transferred me to an EP in St Louis and just left me a voicemail to let me know! Wow! When you work in the medical field--whether as a doctor or an assistant--you must understand that patients are suffering both mentally and physically. To treat someone going through that with such indifference and disrespect is unacceptable and inhumane. If you want a provider who listens and genuinely cares about your condition, will answer important questions and concerns, look elsewhere. You'll face long waits and little compassion here. Stay away.

Dr Sunny is beyond amazing. He is the first doctor that actually took the time to listen to all the little details and by doing so, was able to figure out in one hour; what 3 specialists couldn't figure out in 13 months. For the first time, in what feels like forever; I get to relax and enjoy life again without worrying about every little symptom. I am beyond impressed. Thank you Dr Sunny, you are incredible at what you do!

Dr. Sunny is my hero!!! He, and the awesome staff, has completely brought health and pure joy to my life by healing me with caring skill. My procedures have been so comfortable and positive, and all interactions, too. Dr. Sunny is a phenomenal physician! I highly recommend!!!
