I've been seeing Dr Taylor for almost a year now. So far I'm completely satisfied with the care I receive from her and her staff. She's thorough, and caring and if I question something, or I'm having script issues, she listens and explains why, or she changes the prescription. I had a script change by the PA when I first moved here, she told me why they changed it. My gastroenterologist just confirmed the new meds work and are much safer for me. My trust level for Dr Taylor, and her PA is very high. I would completely recommend.

Just had the worst customer service experience with the front office staff scheduling an appointment. I have new insurance and went to get my card out of my wallet to provide the staff with any information they needed. It took me all of 30 seconds to get the card. Afterwards I was ignored and could hear the staff interacting with other patients and themselves. I kept having to say hello and ask if anyone was still there but was ignored. The staff member finally came back on the phone and asked if I was still there. I said yes and was hung up on. I have been seeing Dr. Conduff since 2010 and I like him and find him to be a caring and thorough physician but this experience makes me want to find a new PCP.

On my first visit to Dr. Taylor I had asked for a referral to a specialist. At my appointment one month later she informed me the one specialist she tried had denied me as a patient. Understandable. Over 2 months later no appointment with any specialist at all. Since I started going to Dr Taylor she has prescribed me 4 different medications even after I made it very clear I did not want to be on any meds at all. When I told her that I had stopped taking the medications after 2 weeks she actually had the nerve to dismiss any side effects I said I was having and actually got mad that I "wasn't following her directions". Very dismissive and tends to cut you off in the middle of explaining what you are dealing with. She is the exact kind of Dr that has made me hesitant to visit any doctors. I know Google reviews isn't where most people go to find a good, caring doctor but I'm just hoping I can save at least one person the headache I've had with this specific doctor. I hope this doesn't read like an angry ex-patient. I just genuinely want my opinion out there

Dr Conduff is an understanding Doctor unfortunately his staff and particularly his personal assistant are useless. I work away all week and needed prescriptions. I was told they would be ready for collection Sunday. Not called in so had to go with no medication. Called office and left a message not call returned. Called again Thursday and was promised it would be sent through. Now Saturday morning and prescriptions still not sent through. Called after hours number and no doctor return call despite 3 calls. Worst medical service I've ever encountered. I'm from the UK and was told US had a higher standard of care as it's paid for by patients. Not the case here. Very disappointing

Good availability to be seen when needed without ridiculous wait times. The doctor and PA took enough time to make me feel like they were listening and concerned for my care on multiple visits. Slight problems on transferring over scripts and billing requiring some extra calls is why they aren't a 5 star. This is my personal experience not that of a "friend" 3rd hand.
