I brought my wife to this hospital for a medical emergency, expecting compassion and professionalism. What we experienced instead was one of the most distressing and unacceptable encounters we've ever had in a healthcare setting.
From the moment we arrived, we were met with rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior from two ER nurses and the nurse manager, Makayla. Their complete lack of bedside manner and empathy caused unnecessary stress during an already frightening time. The tension and mistreatment became so overwhelming that my own heart rate and blood pressure skyrocketed just from trying to advocate for my wife.
It truly felt like the staff were supporting each other's harmful behavior instead of caring for the patient in need. This experience was traumatic and left us shaken. I have never been treated this way in any hospital, and it's heartbreaking that it happened during my wife's emergency.
For the sake of others who come here seeking help, I strongly urge hospital leadership to take this matter seriously and ensure that no other family has to go through what we did.

I was in a pinch and I had to take my daughter here yesterday, She was having extreme ear pain and just overall irritable. The doctor checked her ears and said that her tube was clogged, and that her throat was red, and there was nothing they can do for her and sent us on our way. The doctor also made very weird comments about my daughter, He kept saying that she was a "good girl" and she was "the prettiest girl" while stroking her head and face. Her irritability And pain continued into the night, I got up the next day and took her to a pediatric urgent care who informed me the same thing that her tube was clogged. They unclogged it and gave her an antibiotic shot. I will NEVER take my child here again.

We were visiting from out of town. Our daughter started showing her usual signs for strep.(Low fever and vomiting.) We arrived 15 minutes before the Urgent center closed just hoping to be seen. The staff were all incredibly kind to us. They worked fast and got us taken care of. Our experience was fantastic.

We were seen in a very timely manner. They were thorough and kind. We left Ozark, went straight to pharmacy, where prescription had already been sent.

I went in here running a 103 fever. Started getting dizzy, lightheaded, vomiting, and diarrhea. The doctor told me to wait in the hallway for my discharge paperwork. The nurse Lindsay told me I had to get back in the exam room or leave so I left. I didn't get a work excuse or a prescription after being there for almost 2 hours.
