I went to urgent care like I have done in the past for Diverticulitis. But this time they refused in an uncaring and extremely rude way to give me basic antibiotics. Unless I pay for unnecessary test like a CT scan Which by the way is not cheap and, in the end, they give you antibiotics. This is not caring for a medical profession. This is about greed. I won't mention names Terra Vestal.
Had a fantastic experience with Autumn, Lisa, and NP Ellen. Autumn did an excellent job keeping the waiting room and patients informed of their wait. She also cared for me in the back and was very responsive. NP Ellen was very professional, efficient, and excellent in the care she gave me. 5 stars. Thank you all for your time and sacrifice to work on Christmas Eve.
I was dreading going to urgent care yesterday. I had a stopped up ear and couldn't get into my PCP for a week. I walked into this clinic and the lady at the check-in desk was helpful and friendly. I saw nurse Erika and Dr. Jones. I was very impressed with them. They were very friendly and personable. They took care of my issue. Didn't make me feel stupid bc I was just there for my ear. I was in and out in 45 minutes. It was a pleasurable experience and I have all great things to say about my experience here yesterday!
Just left this urgent care and my experience was 10/10. The front desk was nice and quick to get me checked in. I was taken back with barely any wait. The nurse and PA were so friendly and got me on my way. My prescription was ready by the time I got to the pharmacy as well. When you aren't feeling well, it's the worst to just sit there and wait. Thank you so much for your quick and kind service today!
Listen up folks, there's divine hands working at this place. Those of you that know, will feel the presence. This lady made my pain go away with her touch. Resurrection blood. And she blessed me and I blessed her.praise God thank you for reminding me that we can make this world a better place. Can't remember names. Just know she was beautiful almost angelic. My sister in faith.
