I already have posted to the company directly days ago and explained it's OK to post across GOOGLE as long as it's printed in full to show why it received all 9's instead of 10's... so now I have to edit. Interesting. This was posted based on a 9 rating because there was no room in a 35' long, too-narrow hallway for the rooms / cubicles to be accessed if 2 wheelchairs had to pass each other going in different directions. The narrow hallway (61/2 feet wide!) does not allow that to take place, one wheelchair would have to duck in to a cubicle. Unsure of ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) exemption for allowing this to take place. I think it's atrocious and an abuse of power since this was a "remodel" that was done in just the last 9 months. This edit is dated 10/14/2025. Good luck in the claustrophobic long hallway... and good luck in passing by in different directions in another wheelchair!
