Friendly and courteous staff, like the new office space @Research. Better wait time than most providers. Pacemaker tech and nurse who took my vitals & reviewed/updated medical history were thorough and engaging. Dr P. answered all my questions after a positive update. He had reviewed my chart as he knew my history well. I'm also a patient of Dr Rios who has served me well for 3+ years now.

The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. And always ready to help assist with your needs. The doctor and nurse are very awesome at their job. I really appreciate all their help. and are always available to help me with my needs. even when they're not available to pick up the phone, they usually call me that same day to get anything I have worked out.

I had my pacemaker put in mid April. I when in to have my pacemaker checked. The nurse practitioner was very informative and answered all my questions. Reassuring me that it was working great. I rolled out of there feeling very happy.

The Doctor visited me more times than any other doctor in my life while in the hospital. The Doctor himself was very informative of what was going on with me how we were going to fix everything and answer all my questions thoroughly. When visiting the doctor's office his whole staff was very friendly made me feel welcome and comfortable. When visiting the doctor's nurse practitioner she was very informative very friendly. She knew my file thoroughly she was very knowledgeable. Overall I consider myself blessed to have come across this heart specialist at his staff I want to say thank you for helping me get my heart healthy you and your people are a godsend.

I went there for a second opinion over a condition that I had and the experience was just amazing. I don't think I've ever been to a doctor's office that had such polite and professional staff. In most offices, the personnel interact because it's their job but there? It seemed genuine. The wait wasn't bad at all and the short time I was there I couldn't tell you how patients they spoke to by addressing them by name. Just a phenomenal visit.
