I owe my life to these, the kindest, most loving professionals. The entire team was incredibly attentive, professional, and polite. Most importanly, my surgeon just jammed me into her schedule in between two other lung surgery slots. Somehow I was lucky enough to get the best care in Kansas City.

I consider Dr Davis my life saver. I was very ill and felt like I was dying. He scheduled a procedure. I'm 4 weeks post op and able to eat food again first time in over a year. My smile in this pic explains how happy I am with him and his staff. Amazing people.

Have had great experiences with all medical professionals and support staff. However, their billing department is a joke. Sent me a bill two months ago and stated "your account is seriously past due". This was the first I had heard from them and there was zero detail as to what the bill was for - just that I allegedly owed them. I wrote them a letter asking for details as to what the bill was for, as well as a denial of payment by my insurance company and any communication with me prior to sending me a bill that was "seriously past due". Rather than answer my questions, they immediately sent the bill to a debt collector. So, I'm left arguing with a third party about a bogus bill from this group.

Thank you Denise for being a navigator to help us connect the dots when we came in for our visits! It can be so daunting when you are looking at surgery and the need to schedule additional tests , retrieve info from other Drs offices, working with insurance ect and you made it soo much easier for us by being there to set it in motion. You really relieved soo much stress we could have had. This is a piece that is missing at other facilities but I am so glad that you were there to help! Destiny, your sweet demeaner was such a breath of fresh air. You are an important part of the process. I hope you feel that way because we feel that way about you! You helped us be successful in this journey.

I hope Dr. Davis is adequate. We havent seen him yet so so far I am basing my review on front desk/scheduling staff. Absolutely rude. My husband is actively dying right now. Every single day he is in worse condition and I am so scared but they treated me rudely and like we were a nuisance. I had to call them to schedule because they hadn't called me yet. Then they wanted him to wait two weeks! I dont know if he will even make it that long! I am not even exaggerating Im terrified and they were so mean.
