Freeman Heart & Vascular Institute - Joplin

Went in for CT Angiogram of my chest and no one called to give me results. They finally had a heart surgeon call after I called and complained that no one had called. They said they would send results to my cardiologist, and they never did. My cardiologist's office requested the images and written report of my CT Angiogram, and he never received them. I heard him on the phone requesting them. Nothing came. As a patient, I felt like a medical record number, Medicare number, and most importantly for them, a VISA card. I wouldn't recommend Freeman to my worst enemy.

My mom had a procedure done and we unexpectantly had to stay overnight. The nurses and support staff were outstanding. We loved Kali, Odessa and Lori. They were all kind, professional and had wonderful beside manner. They took care of my mom every step of the way. They explained every part of the process and made sure she was in top shape before we left to go home. Truly, everyone was wonderful!!

I've been a loyal customer of Freeman for 30 years, but my recent experience was hands down the worst I've ever had. Debbie, who handles appointments and doctor availability, was extremely rude and unempathetic. Her "my way or the highway" attitude is unacceptable. This experience has left me deeply disappointed in a place I once trusted.

I had heart bypass surgery and I couldn't have had better care anywhere! The doctors, nurses, tech's were all top notch!

Had first visit and I felt comfortable. I had questions after because I had questions based on what was discussed during visit and had time to think about what I heard. Tried to call but could never talk to a real person? Recording stated they would call back. Never heard from them.
