I highly recommend Dr Pachalla. He cares about the patient. Makes you feel comfortable and promotes asking questions to understand your results/care. Office staff has very good customer service. Very helpful.

The nurse , Melissa, the nurse practitioner, and the doctor were all very thorough and friendly. They asked and answered questions. I felt very well taken care of.

I have always been treated with nothing but respect and friendliness by every one. If I had a question, I always got an answer in a very slow way so I could understand. Took as much time as I wanted.

My first visit was good and on time. However , the physical therapy place you all set up never called me. I did not follow up thinking they would call but finally decided to not do the outside physical therapy just do my own. Second visit was upsetting. I arrive 30 minutes early which is on me (I don't like being late.) and I literally sat in the waiting room a tad over an hour after my appointment time! The nurse did apologize which was nice but then I sat in the room waiting for the doctor at least 20 more minutes. I was on the verge of just leaving and asking for my $30.00 copay back when he came in. No apology from him. I finally left after 5 pm when my appointment was at 3:30. I know when you have a later appointment the delays can happen but sitting one hour waiting and then waiting even more time in the room is ridiculous. I did not mention it to the doctor. I just wanted to get on with things and go home.
