Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Hazelwood

Firstly, I absolutely LOVE my doctor, Dr. Markollari. I appreciate his care, listening ear and I never feel rush when I have an appointment. The staff at the Hazelwood location is a whole different issue and difficult to work with. If I didn't love my doctor, I would try to find another one in a heart beat. It has taken me approximately 6 weeks to get an issue resolved. This is after leaving several voicemails with the office manager Eric, countless My Mercy messages and calls to the office. My advice...pack your patience with the staff at Mercy Hazelwood, and if you have other resources to assist you, use them! The 2 stars if for the staff. Dr. Markollari gets a 10/10.

I had to get a mammogram and I dread them so bad. My appointment was 2pm and I was in my car by 2:10. The lady doing it, her name was Lauri. Most comfortable one I have ever had! No pain what so ever. Thank you so much, Lauri!

I love my doctor. But the people don't know how to pick up the phone when you have a medical question.

I absolutely love my primary care provider Dr Artan Markollari and the great team of ladies that work beside him. Dr Markollari is beyond attentive to the needs of his patients, and definitely takes the time to listen to me and include me in my car. As so his team. With them, there's NOT 1 stone left unturned. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I had a doctor's appointment with my primary care physician. A few hours shy of my appointment I received a call from the medical assistant, she wanted me to answer pre-screening questions regarding the Corona virus. I can understand safety precautions and I respect it therefore I answered everything completely. They asked me to call from the parking lot upon arrival so I followed the guidelines. When I arrived I called in as requested by the nurse, needless to say I received a totally different person on the phone who wanted to pre- screen me again because she wasn't aware or notified that I had already gone through the protocol earlier that day, so now I had to sit on a hot parking lot in 90 degree weather and wait for them to get things straightened out. Once I finally made it in things went a lot smoother because they were trying to me in and out.
