SSM Health Heart & Vascular

My Dad was hospitalized at St. Clare for 2 weeks and was diagnosed with a series of cardiovascular issues. We could not be more grateful and please with the care he received from the Cardiology team while in the hospital and his post-hospitalization care. Dr.Shannon Bast was the Cardiologist PA while my Dad was hospitalized and was the follow-up Cardiologist he saw after his discharge. She is an absolute incredible Doctor - compassionate, professional, experienced, thoughtful, genuine and honest. She referred us to another specialist based on my Dad's aftercare plan so we were sad to leave her but extremely grateful for her guidance through this extremely serious time. Her work with us has been life saving and could not sing her praises enough.

Met my new doctor for first time. My previous doctor left this practice. I was hesitant,, really liked Dr. Smith. But my fears are allayed. Doctor Khan is very nice and was thorough. I feel like I am in good hands.

This group of doctors and staff are absolutely the best. Everyone treats me like I'm a member of their family. My heart care is exceptionally far above anything I could have gotten anywhere. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Bauer is an excellent cardiologist. He performed an ablation for me in 2019, and i have stayed with his office due to the quality of care. Highly reccomend!

SSM is a great group. Everyone from the people outside throwing salt, the greeters at front( they have the tough job dealing with the KAREN'S over the face masks, all the doctors and there staff. Everyone is friendly and give you the time if you have a question. Thank you!
