This office is a joke! I would give 0 stars if I could. You would assume that since it's in Chesterfield Mo, that they're more professional at handling individual cases/phone calls. The phone keeps ringing and sent to voicemail, or the front desk lady tells me to hold on and never returns. To the office: this is business, nothing personal. If a person is not qualified to receive certain services, then simply tell that person so they can move on to the next business, office, services, ECT....not give them the run a round. I don't know these people from Adam, so it's not personal, just handle business more professionally. I would not encourage no one to come here!
