I was very nervous. The entire process was so much better than I thought from the setting of appt(quick and easy) to the prep to the check in and procedure. Staff including dr were tremendous. So grateful I dont have to be back for 5 years but grateful for a smooth and easy experience

Front office for scheduling was great. Able to look for and find cancellations to move up the appointment. And the NP we saw was kind and attentive asking a lot of questions and addressing all of our concerns. Scheduling of the recommended procedure/test was fast and smooth as well.

Received a call the morning of my procedure and was asked to come in early due to cancellations. Working in the healthcare industry, I understand the need for utilization management and agreed and cleared out multiple work meetings in order to work with them. I showed up and 40 minutes later, no sign of an employed staff member, and the receptionist disappeared into the back as well. Finally I caught a nurse accompanying a patient out the door and asked her about my appointment. Sat for another 5 minutes and walked out. If I get a "cancellation charge" I will absolutely be fighting this, as I did not no-show the appointment, they did.

The office was clean and the front desk worker was great! She was very cheery and set the tone on what to expect. The wait wasn't horrible as with some specialties! Dr. Carmody was very comforting and actually seemed to listen when I explained what was going on. She was able to explain everything very clearly and just made the visit that much easier!

I was seen on October 10th for an upper GI endoscopy with Dr. Brian McMorrow, and I had a really good experience. During the procedure, he took some biopsies and sent them to the lab. About 10 days later, I received a personal call from Dr. McMorrow himself -- not from a nurse -- to let me know that my results were normal and that I did not have an H. pylori infection. It was very pleasant and reassuring to get that kind of personal follow-up directly from the doctor. This was actually my second time seeing Dr. McMorrow. About a year ago, I also had a colonoscopy done by him, and that experience was just as positive. Both procedures went smoothly, and the care I received was excellent. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and professionalism from Dr. McMorrow and the facility team, and I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you!
