I saw Dr. Hastings for approx 20 years and, sadly, he is now retiring. Nearly all of my experiences with Hastings were completely positive, so when I saw the average summary rating, I knew I needed to weigh in.
Over 20 years Dr Hastings and his great staff helped with everything from the silliest complaints to life threatening issues. They were always there for me.
One thing I always appreciated was Dr Hastings was quick to add new office tech, which made it faster and easier to communicate with him. Nowadays the Dr's office tech seems commonplace, but many years ago he was leading the way in patience experience.
Dr. Hastings has a no-nonsense approach, which I personally like and appreciate. I don't need my hand held, I need top quality medical care.

Dr. Thomas Hastings is a great doctor. He is rather "no nonsense", which I prefer. He is friendly and thorough. He listens once you've listened to his advice and he asks a lot of questions as a routine. The office is very well run and the follow up is fantastic. They also answer the phone whenever I call! I have been seeing him as a PCP for the last 2 years and have been very happy.
