Mercy Clinic Heart and Vascular - Broadview

I'm very frustrated with this clinic and Dr. I. Feels like they don't really care about the patients at all

My husband went. They asked 5 times if he smoked, which he does not. He said no everytime and they just kept asking! Dr. Raza said he needed BP meds that his BP was 150/90. I said he could be nervous, that his BP doesn't run high, and he rarely goes to the doc. No we don't want meds. He then lectured us briefly about why he should take BP meds. Said he could do a treadmill heart test. He is supposed to go back for that, not sure he will. Walked out and checked his blood pressure myself in the parking lot. I'm a nurse, I had my nursing equipment in my trunk, and I rechecked his BP and it was 128/74. Not sure I'd recommend this place. Scarey to think they would give blood pressure meds off of an incorrect blood pressure.

In and out quickly Doctor explained all aspects of procedure to be performed and answered all of our questions. Appointment made for additional testing to be performed before procedure in 4 days. Very satisfied with the laid out plan and with the very knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Beck was very professional but staff was lacking in same. Was set up for a stress test and told it would only take a few minutes to get set up and started. Waited over an hour with no contact from any staff. I approached the staff and they showed little concern.

This business is a complete mess. One day they a ultrasound and the tech wasnt thereso i had to go back the next day then the doctor wasnt there? 2 days later i get call with the results and it took them 5 days to call me back to refer me to a orthopedic foctor that cant see me for 9 more days? In the mean time my left leg is swelled 3 times its normal size. No prescriptions for the swelling or pain.
