I was very pleased with Dr. Charles and his office. They were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Charles explain exactly what he would be doing and risks. He reassured me he would be in room along with other surgeon. When I called for follow up office told me I didn't need one. Dr. Williams was upset so I did finally get one. My visit with Dr. Charles was the WORST visit I have Ever had with any Dr. He was RUID and ARROGANT. He showed NO compassion and he talks DOWN to you. I would not recommend him to anyone and these are my kind words
I have been seeing Doctor Charles since 2015 when he operated on me. His staff and himself have always taken excellent care of me. And I would never let anybody else operate on me.
