SSM Health Heart & Vascular Care

The office staff is terrible. They don't pick up the phones and apparently don't know how to return calls. Doctor and nurses take several days to respond to messages. The worst hospital in STL area. You are Fired DePaul and should be closed down.

Heart and Vascular's front desk staff Neil is the absolute worst. He completely impacted my view of the office when I came to bring my father to his appointment, the reason I gave 3 stars was for the great experience we had with the other office staff

I do not have a lot of confidence in DePaul Hospital. This hospital is understaffed in the ER. The building is old and uncared for. There is a metal detector and tight security at the entrance to the ER. The discharge plan for me had information that was both incomplete and incorrect. I want to compliment the post surgical nursing staff on the sixth floor. The nurses Stephanie, Sam, Kim, and Betsy were top notch nurses. They made my hospital stay better. I also want to commend Dr. Zabad. He is a top notch cardiologist.

This is bar none the best Doctor's appointment I've had in years, once checked in; they call you in and take your vital signs. Less than 5 minutes later, Dr. Venkat was in to examine you thoroughly and send you on your way! No one wasting your precious time to jack up your insurance bill, I love this Doctor.

This location is seriously Micromanaged to the point of putting Patients at risk with short Staffing. Wait times to speak to an Agent 15-20 minutes is horrible Customer Service. With traveling Doctors there is a serious lack of Communication with the 2 Doctors and their Assistants who failed to inform me that I had a Heart Attack and provide verbal Post Discharge instructions. My first Heart Catheterization had resulted in an extremely painful Femoral Aneurysm that had to be corrected surgically at my expense. Considering taking legal action for Dr. Nanda's mistake and lack of post surgical advice. I may have ta permanent injury to my Leg but Dr. Nanda refused to give me anything for the worst pain that I have ever experienced including Natural Child Birth.
