She listened to my questions and addressed them professionally and in a manner I could understand. The nurse Shelby Greshman was professional and very engaging. I could not have had a better experience. I am lucky to have the Cox Heart Ctr to depend upon during this challenging part of my life.

Cox Heart refused to assist me in statement and what weight i could lift w afibs, four heart meds. As their patient, I expected much better service than we cant help you. Whereas Cox Medical Records was superb in getting me all my records in record time.

Had an appointment set after waiting a month for them to respond to my referral, 2 weeks before the appointment I get a "sorry but we're rescheduling you for 3 months out, because [insert excuse]" call. That will make 6+ months I've waited to see a heart doctor post my PCP's referral. If you're having serious heart issues and want an expedient results look elsewhere.

My cardiologist was phenomenal and explained everything in detail. On checking out, I asked the woman who was setting my follow up appointment if my medicine was being called into my pharmacy. I was told to call the office to ask. As I was still IN the office, I asked if she could request that info from the nurse. She shook her head at me and rolled her eyes. She went around the corner and spoke terribly about me to other staff, saying I was concerned they weren't filling my BP meds and mocked me. When she returned I explained that her reaction was not warranted and highly unprofessional. I will not return to this office because of this lack of decency.

My father had a "date" set for a procedure that he so desperately needs. Last week my parents were told they would receive a call in the afternoon, the day before the procedure, detailing arrival time, procedure time, etc... NO ONE CALLED! My mother, whom has had to do EVERY SINGLE BIT OF LEG WORK on this, called them and finally got in touch with a person just to find out my father had to do another pre-test step "that they weren't told about" before having this procedure, and my mother was told "sorry" for their mistake and lack of communication. YOU'RE SORRY???!!! Sorry doesn't help my fathers heart and remove the stress from my mother, sorry doesn't give me my week of missed work back, sorry doesn't give my family from Texas, who drove here to help out after the procedure, their trip money back. Your SORRY IS WORTH ZERO, ITS WORTH NOTHING! I'm furious! No one wants to speak face to face anymore. Speaking is done by left messages and rare call backs, emails, all nonsense! Communication, one of the easiest things to do in life, is seriously lacking here! Lack of communication when pertaining to one's heart is a massive deal! FIX THIS NOW!
