Awful visit! The doctor was very nice and professional. However, the 2 front desk receptionists and the nurse who called me to the back was very rude and unprofessional. I have never been so disrespected in my life. If you don't want to work in health care and actually care about sick people, find another job. Both receptionists were talking to me all ruff about my secondary insurance stating that they may deny my claim and stated that if I didn't call the insurance company and fix the issue that I could never return to the clinic in the future. I politely sat in the lobby and called the insurance company and corrected the problem and they were still rude. When I told them how rude they were one of the receptionist got loud and started beating on the desk and stated that if I didn't leave she was going to call the police. I stated that I have not done anything wrong and that I was going to wait on her supervisor to call me back. Long story short the police was called and I was told to leave but the police stated that the staff stated that I was not loud, cursed or threatened but that they wanted me to leave. Calling the police was unnecessary. When I complained to the supervisor and told her what happened, she stated that the employee will be dealt with but it was not my concern as to what their actions will be or what will be done about the employee. I don't think anything will be done about the employee.

3:25 connie black Initial visit 3/28/24 with Dr Boler Beginning with the receptionist; she was very courteous & professional. The person who took me back to the room, kind & personable. The nurse who screened me before I met Dr. Boler was very thorough. She asked for a list of my current medications & my reason for being there, took my BP, listened to my heart & weighed me. When Dr. Boler came into the room, shortly after her interview, he also checked my BP, listened to my heart very thoroughly & confirmed a murmur, which is the reason for referral to him. He talked with me for an unlimited length of time & did not appear to be rushed. We went over my medical history, all of my current medications & he again took my BP & listened to my heart. He then suggested I needed an Echocardiogram. ECHO scheduled at the front desk as I checked out. 4/12/24 Returned for ECHO & only waited 5-10 minutes before going back. The technician was sweet, personable & professional. She administered the test & told me I would get a report by the end of the day or Monday, 4/27/24. I received a phone call Monday morning with the report & explanation of results. Overall, Cardiology clinic & all staff are rated a "5" & they deserve it!! The office is clean. Doctors are nice. But the nurses and receptionist are not people friendly. It seems like they are not compassionate about what they do. It took me 3 hours to be seen and I was there 30 min before my appointment time. And recently I had a follow up phone appointment with the young Dr. So if u have an appointment by phone, the dr will not call u at your appointment time, but he will call u at any time which means u got to sit around and wait on the call. 1st time he called, my phone for some reason took the call straight to my voice-mail. So I waited for him to try to call again. And he didn't. So I called the office. The receptionist wouldn't go tell the dr to call again. But she did say he would always call again if you don't answer on 1st call. Yes he did call again but before the office closed. And I answered the phone but I couldn't hear him. Then he hung up so fast but didn't call right back. Ridiculous. If regular ppl have phone difficulties they always call each other right back . Sometimes we would call at the same time trying to reach one another. Not this Dr . Its like he don't care about phone issues or nothing else. And he never tried to call right right back. I have a newborn and I can't answer the phone if I'm changing my child's poop diaper. Like really. Call me back. But Nope. I would not recommend no one to go here. The dr listens once u get next to him but the nurses don't listen to your requests.

The front desk personnel are rude. When you call to ask a question, they give you attitude and are not at all helpful. I asked to be transferred to a nurse to better answer my question, and she was also rude. I will be finding a new cardiologist.
