This place is a total joke. My grandfather went in They took him off of all of his heart medication and blood pressure medication. He wasn't feeling well He reached out to them several times including went up there nobody would call him back when he went to the office he just sat there and they told him that somebody would give him a call that he could just go home. Fast forward to over a month later he goes in and still has not heard from anyone to have a surgery done They prep him and leave him in the back eventually they come back to tell him that the doctor's not even there and he went on vacation. Keep in mind this man has been off of all of his medication for over a month has not been feeling well They have not contacted him or returned any phone calls They let him come in get completely prepped and shaved for surgery leaves him in the back room for several hours just to come in to let him know that the doctor is not even in town He's gone on vacation. Piss poor to put it nicely

I'm so afraid of doctors, and heart doctors the most. Dr. Adlaka always makes me feel at ease and safe. He has a great nurse and staff as well.

First impression was great with clean facility, decently friendly staff, and great first visit with cardiologist.
However; further into the relationship and several test later. All results come back and when asked too discuss the doctor's nurse argued with me. Did not take my concerns, worry, and lacked any compassion for me as a patient.
So, after being asked to follow-up with a doctor to call that never came. After, waiting over two weeks results that was told initially would only take a week. I had to reach out to get results as no one would give an answer.
So, continues more tests and doesn't answer the question to initial concerns or worry. Chalks it having to be something else, prescribes a medication and provides a follow up months later. Still having same issues and no relief for said issues.
Now, after further review of the new medication. It specifically has a warning that if you have these heart related issues not to take as I started having side effects to the medication prescribed. When I reached out via MyChart, over a week went by before having to call to ask why no reply was given.
Do you think that the nurse called? Oh no, they very quickly after you left your message via phone did they respond via email.
If you want no questions answered or any of your concerns or worry answered. Please visit this facility you'll get great service....

I feel as if this was a waste of my time. I took my mother there because she had chest pains and low BP. The doctor did not listen to her heart or her lungs. Took her the next day to her pain management doctor and he did EKG and listen to her heart and lungs. He is also my doctor and he ordered a heart monitor but when I ask for results a week later he said did not have results yet, so I called the hospital to find out when he would get them and they said he had and had for quite a while. I had the monitor put on on Oct. 4th and returned it on the 6th. The hospital sent him the results on the 8th. I ask him on the 11th when I took my mother in and he said he did not have the results. I called on the 19th and told them that the hospital said he had results since the 8th would they please ask him to read and return my call with the results. He did not, so I called the next day and ask for results and the girl was rude and hung up on me. It really does no good to do a test if you don't read the results and follow up with patient. When the girl hung up on me I called back and she would not answer so I used another phone she answered and again was very rude. I still don't have the results and have reported to hospital administration for an investigation. My home health nurse has also called several times and he will not return calls to her either. I'm not sure this is what a cardiologist is supposed to do? If I could rate less than a 1 I would. Rude staff and poor medical practice. I see now why his parking lot is always empty.
