I was very impressed with Dr. Lovelace and his nurse with their friendly hands on approach. This was my first visit. He took his time with my Mom to explain her situation. Very good. On the other hand, the reason I gave a 3 rating is because of the COVID season we are in I had to ask him to put on a mask and he was croaking/coughing in our midst. That really offended me because me and my mom both have underlying conditions. Also I didn't see any hand sanitizer stations throughout the hallway. The facility didn't seem to be sanitary conscious in light of the pandemic season we are in. I was very disappointed and I am still mentally disturbed by these facts I have mentioned.
