I have read some bad reviews on here and also some good so I can only speak with my personal experience. We relocated from North Mississippi to Ocean Springs two weeks ago. My child broke his arm from the moment the ambulance got us to the hospital. they were absolutely amazing. They met us at the door 100% of their attention was on my child. Everyone was so nice the doctor, Robert Andrew Davee Was so good and gentle. They were also very kind. I can only speak great things on this hospital in the ER department. Thank you for taking care of him.

My 77 yr old mother went to the er at 11:30pm. She was short of breath and very weak. She waited for 2 hours and nothing was being done so she left. When we got her home I checked her glucose level since she is diabetic. Her level was 297. We gave her some insulin and she seems to be doing better. A simple blood test at the er would have told them what was wrong. That er is a joke!

My name is Joshua Hankins, and my mother was Sherry Hankins. To say she was special to me would be an understatement. She was the most amazing woman I've ever known -- the first person I ever loved, and the first person who ever loved me back. There are no words to describe how deeply I miss her. The level of care she received from the nursing staff here was absolutely incredible. You all treated her like family -- not just another patient -- and that kind of compassion means more than you could ever know. On behalf of myself and my brother Robert, we simply want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for our mother while she was here. Hannah, Luke, Iris, Catherine, Natalie, Alexis, Jordan, and the entire nursing staff -- along with everyone in Respiratory and the Critical Care team in MICU -- thank you so much for the love, patience, and kindness you showed her. You made an unbearable time just a little bit easier, and we will never forget that.

I'm extremely disappointed with the treatment I received in the ER. The nurse who attended to me (Joyce) was rude, passive-aggressive, and dismissive. I came in with severe pain, blood in my urine, and a known ovarian cyst that could have ruptured -- yet none of that was taken seriously. Instead of evaluating my condition properly, she told me "the ER is just to make sure you're not dying and you can do more extensive tests with your doctor." That kind of response is unacceptable and unprofessional. I was in visible pain, clearly describing serious symptoms, and was given nothing more than a basic urine test. It felt like she couldn't be bothered to listen or care. This is not the level of care anyone should receive when seeking emergency medical help. Do not trust this hospital with your care!!!

Patient

This is seriously the worst radiology dept ever. Why schedule appointments for patients if you legitimately don't even go off of appointments. To get to a scheduled appointment at 8:30 and be still sitting here at 9:30 with no updates and not one worker coming to talk to me at all to keep me updated is so unprofessional. Denise is radiology is awful. Not only does she have a terrible attitude and is unhelpful, but she spreads her negativity to others too. Imagine a patient showing up for a scheduled appointment over an hour late. No apology, no call, nothing but they assume they'll be able to just walk right up and get the help they want. That's what it feels like going here. I would rather drive anywhere else that get my care here. This place is beyond ridiculous and consider this me learning my lesson.
