My overall experience was Phenomenal. I wasn't sure of why I was there at first. But after talking with Carmen on some issues I had with my health. She insured me that she was going to run a few tests to make sure I was in the right place. Dr. Kelly you and your staff are amazing and I appreciate you all for making me feel WELCOMED. I highly recommend you to my family and friends

Truly outstanding experience I had during my recent visit. My doctor was very professional and understanding, listening to what I had to say. He answered all my questions and help me make my medical decisions on my treatment plan. The clinical support team--including the nurses and technicians--were exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable.

This was my first appointment visit with Baptist Heart and I received excellent service from start to finish. The receptionist was very cordial as well as the nurses and Dr. Thurmond. Any questions and concerns I had were answered and well tended to. The waiting area was very neat and comforting. I would highly recommend Baptist Heart to anyone in need of their services.

I was seen within 15 minutes upon arrival. Nursing and Technical personnel were very professional. I met Dr Warnock who evaluated my heart and found i was in excellant condition. My BP was nit where he wanted it to be so he increased my medication. I think he will be a excellant addition to my medical team.

My appointment at 11:15 am was done exactly at 11:15. I spent about ten minutes with the nurse and waiting about five minutes for Dr Warnock after the nurse finished. All was done efficiently and professionally.
