God has called us to administer compassion and healthcare in His name to the people of Greater Jackson. Living the Mission established by our founding Sisters, the Dominican Sisters of Springfield, Illinois, and continued today by the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health, is at the heart of the care we provide. We fulfill this effort through advanced medical services in a state-of-the-art hospital and outpatient center, through caring for older adults in a continuing care retirement facility, through our primary and urgent care services, and into the community through a number of wellness and outreach programs.

This is bittersweet for me.
My brother rushed by helicopter to this hospital for possible CVA.
I flew in from ATL.
My overall, experience here was good. He was on the CCU floor Neuro. The staff OMG was spectacular. He was there for a little over 2 weeks. Unfortunately, he did not survive. We are truly hurt and saddened. My brother. He's the oldest. I'm the middle. I have 2 more siblings.
The RN that were awesome and deserve a RAISE....
1. JENNIFER CHEF'S KISS - I truly appreciate you explaining everything in detail for me.
2. DAVITA CHEF'S KISS - I love how you made sure my brother was perfect at night and if you didn't know you didn't hesitate to call the doctor at 3am.
3. JK or TK - you are so awesome
4. Madison - you are so awesome
**if you guys worked CCU on 3rd floor Neuro I appreciate you guys.
**I won't forget Morris CNA always super nice when I came up to him, whether early AM or late evening.
Even though, things didn't fair well for all the countless members of our family who traveled around the clock from far and near. We are truly grateful how you guys handled my brother with so much care and dignity. I'm 4eva grateful

The moment I walked in for my appointment, the greeters directed me to my check in area and from that moment on I was treated like a welcomed guest. The medical staff were nice as well and made sure that I was comfortable. They escorted me from one area to the next when I had to have another test done in another area. I love the care and concern shown when I visit for my appointments.

Dr Fitzgerald was very caring. He wanted to admit me but I wanted to go home. My hard head should have stayed like he suggested but he made sure I had the medicine I needed and the care instructions I needed to follow at home. I am so thankful for his compassionate care and concern for what I needed mentally and physically.
Jamie was the best nurse. She made sure I had everything I needed.
Thank you St D for having staff that care.

The worst experience in an emergency room ever! Sat for hours just to be put in a dirty room that they say they don't even see patients in. The hospital itself was nast looked like it hadn't been clean in days. Cotton balls wit blood, used alcohol pads, blood splatter on walls, just ridiculous. The staff was rude nobody was working everyone walking around talking while patients wait all in hallways to be seen. They showed no care or compassion for the patients people just have jobs. I will try my best not to go to this facility again

They took great care of me. They were very informative, they sat with me and listened to my concerns. And anything I didn't understand they helped me understand. They definitely went above and beyond the nurses and the doctors. My doctors were Jonathan Jones,MD and Sarah Abdeen,PA. They definitely went above and beyond!
