Dr. Lane Pitts is an exceptional medical professional. He thoroughly reviews my current medications and, when appropriate, prescribes refills with confidence. He evaluates recent results from other specialists and takes the necessary time to clearly explain their significance and objectives, demonstrating a level of thoroughness that surpasses many specialists. He consistently creates a comfortable environment, enabling me to discuss my health conditions openly and ask questions without hesitation. After many years without a check-up, Dr. Pitts facilitated my consultation with the appropriate specialists based on my age, and the testing during my initial visit confirmed that all my health metrics are now within normal ranges. It's evident that Dr. Pitts's intervention has been life-changing, and his care has significantly reduced my anxiety about visiting healthcare providers. He shows remarkable attentiveness, even recalling details about my wife and me, which is impressive given his busy schedule with numerous patients. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Pitts for exemplifying the qualities of an outstanding primary care provider and a compassionate individual.

I recently moved to Hattiesburg and have tried calling, but was put on hold too long every time. I used the contact form on their website a few weeks ago and am still awaiting a response. I'm sure the doctors are fine, but they apparently do not care enough to hire people to answer the phones or reply to emails.

I guess this place is NOT in the business of helping people smh. I went to the hospital in A LOT of pain my stomach was burning could not even stand up straight anyways Forest General sent me a referral to this place so I call them the next day to set up an appointment right away and they told me it takes time to get an appointment which I thought was crazy and didn't make any sense they were not friendly told me I would have to wait on them to contact me so I wanted two weeks . In the meantime I had another very bad episode of my stomach burning in the middle of a work shift and I could not even do my job I was in so much pain I call them first thing this morning on a Monday . When I called them they told me that the doctor who sent the request is the one who denied it which also made no sense why would he deny the referral that he sent in ??? So I called forest general back and they told me that was not true that the doctor at this clinic denied it for whatever reason. The lady agreed with me that it made no sense for them to do that smh . I've been in so much pain and it's interfering with my daily life and my work . It's some of the worse pain I've ever experienced. I can't believe this doctor would just deny referral to be seen there for NO reason . So now I have to go visit a regular doctor again and PAY again just so I can get another referral to see a GI doctor which will take more money and more time while I'm over here suffering. Y'all suck. They lied about the doctor saying the doctor at forest general denied it like why ?? When actually their doctor at the clinic denied it ??? Why would you do that ?!!? I really needed this clinics help andboth times I called I got the run around and then denied by whoever this doctor is. But ok let me now go make ANOTHER appointment to see another doctor just so that doctor can refer me to someone. My stomach is on FIRE I feel like I'm dying but whatever YALL SUCK for real !! Yall are supposed to help people . I would not try and come to this clinic people

Very professional people. Never had a problem from any of the units I've been to see.

I received amazing care and or phenomenal service here at Hattiesburg Clinic, I had nurses Gracie,Nicole and Mr tuggle give me the best possible caring care I could ask for, big shout to all three. Best ever. I hope they all three are there next time but hopefully not as it is fun having multiple kidney stones.
