If I could give 0 stars I would. The doctor was so arrogant and lazy. I switched from one cardiologist to another because I moved. I've seen cardiologists my whole life. I have Mitral valve prolapse I was born with. Diagnosed with at 8 and received another diagnosis in 2020 from another cardiologist. I came to this clinic and the doctor decided before he had even ran a test that I was misdiagnosed. Despite being diagnosed at birth, 8, and 20 years old and having been regularly seeing a cardiologist every 4 months for 4 years. I went back and forth from being symptomatic and not. He ran one echo, told me there was nothing wrong with my heart and set me up an appointment in a year. I told them I'd find a new doctor and the scheduled me anyway. Now. One year post this ordeal I'm symptomatic. Worse than I've ever been. Having breathing spells when my heart races and I'm short of breath.Those have sent me to the emergency room several times where they noticed I have been having Premature ventricular contraction runs off and on for weeks. They referred me to another heart clinic. I have been out of breath and having pain in my left arm and had to wait months to get into another cardiologist that I still haven't even been able to see yet all cause the doctors at this clinic didnt wanna be bothered with another patient.

Dr. Hinson and entire staff are second to none ! Excellent care and friendly staff ! I'm very fortunate to have these good people looking after me ! Thank you all for the excellent care and patience and kindness!

I work in the medical field and I am very impressed with my overall experience at Heart & Vascular Clinic. From reception, payments, labs, procedures, visits etc. every step of the way was handle professionally and a clear explanation of services being provide. All was done timely and efficiently. I look forward to my cardiac team, Dr. Douglas and Dr. McClain performing my TVAR in the next few weeks.

The receptionist are rude and did not acknowledge me when I first arrived. Then I was immediately taken back to patient accounts to pay my copay and instructed to sit back in the waiting room. After waiting over an hour and seeing others called back and some leaving I started to Google this place. The office closes at 5pm. I'm wondering if I will be seen today. I will never recommend this place to anyone. And if I can't be seen today I will be requesting a refund and calling my insurance company.

Stacy, who did my ultrasound, was very informative and understanding. Would recommend!
