I love Dr Covin and his and his staff Dr Colvin has been my doctor for 19 years and he has taken very good care of me and I love and thank God for his staff being so nice and courteous to me when I come to the office and for Dr Covin taking such great care on me
Dr.Covin was very professional, and was genuinely concerned about my situation. Asked questions about my past that were tied to my future.
Excellent LPN's, nursing staff and office staff but I was most impressed with Dr. Covin. Dr. Messenger had told me he would take good care of me and now I believe it! I've only seen him twice and the last time was from under the edge of a sterile drape But from now on I'll be calling him "my doctor".
Waited for over 3 hours to see the Dr. he came in and started discussing my test results and then says "oh you're not Keith Rutland" and then basically just says "everything that's happening on your tests is normal" - literally that could have been an email instead of me spending an entire day for 5 minutes of POSSIBLY my test results
Staff was nice, professional. I arrived at 11.45, appointment was for 11 and I left at 3pm. I hadn't eaten or taken any medicine. Had to ask for water and crackers because my sugar had dropped. They gave me water and nutrition bar, I was grateful. I didnt know it would take almost 4 hours for a followup visit. Great doctor. The time is what upset me.
